Electronic Systems
Turbo provides a wide range of electronic devices designed to control high-tech dust collector systems. This product range is capable of managing systems of any size, from the smallest to the largest.
Sequencers/Economisers function as digital programmers, either enabling the sequential activation of solenoid valves or, via a sensor, automatically measuring the pressure differential only when the filter requires it. This results in significant energy savings and extends the lifespan of the filtering elements.
Various configurations of control units featuring a MODBUS RTU Master + Slave serial system (pneumatic or electrical) enable efficient management of dust collector systems, eliminating the costs associated with traditional solenoid valve wiring.
Key features of these systems include:
-
Interface with PC/PLC/SUPERVISOR via RS485.
-
Control of parameters such as differential pressure (optional monitoring of temperature, humidity, and header tank pressure).
-
Continuous monitoring and recording of dust emissions.
-
Comprehensive management of compartment filters (cells) for both ONLINE and OFFLINE operation.
All control instruments feature a quick and intuitive menu, making them user-friendly, along with large, bright displays that continuously show the pressure differential within the filter.
Data can be easily configured using the keyboard or remotely via Turbo applications. While Turbo’s electronic control units address the most common plant engineering needs in the field of dedusting, our technical team is available to develop customised solutions, ensuring flexibility and professionalism.
